Yet another delicious blend from Caldwell Cigars, the boutique company that is making a splash in the small batch cigar biz. This one’s a medium stick wrapped in an attractive Ecuador Habana leaf with an inner blend consisting of filler from the Dominican Republic and Honduras and a Honduran Criollo binder. You’ll actually experience notes of cinnamon on the palate along with hints of black pepper, chocolate and a nice distinct woodiness. Just a great smoke from the Caldwell lineup. We say go for it!
Tried one of these for the first time over the weekend. A great cigar. Good even burn down to the nub. great flavor. A lot of smoke output. Will sure buy a 5 pack to keep handy.
Great cigar. Excellent construction. Very thick, creamy smoke. Notes of creamy coffee, cocoa and caramel also displays some floral old world notes..
Construction is solid and even burn and nice draw. Would recommend nice smoke
Caldwell was an excellent smoke but not worth the price. I have other cigars that are as good and cost less.
The lightest pack I have seen on a cigar yet, it will not stay lit. Have to quadrouple draw to get smoke. Have had 2 of these so far and the same on both. Very disappointing!!!!!
