I found this cigar after Doc James ran out of Ichibans from Room 101. I like the torpedo. It s strong enough to be a real cigar but not a put you on your butt cigar. Good taste and always has a good draw.
This was ultimately a great stick. Very smooth draw even with a V-cut, great tasting if pairing, went very well with an IPA or 15 year Glen , never fell apart and always stayed lit. Overall this was a very good cigar!
I bought a box of these without ever having first smoked one first. I knew I d probably enjoy this one based on my experience with other AJF products that I ve tried was also recommended to me by a local tobacconist . Did not disappoint! Lots of cedar and hay aroma, loads of smoke, perfect draw, perfect construction, dry, toasty, nutty, a little pepper as you get through the first half -- just delicious. Ridiculously under-priced. Will definitely be a staple in my humidor for years to come.
