Hamlet 25th Year cigars are the long-awaited follow-up to the 2015 "Tabaquero Hamlet Paredes" debut, both of which are brought to you by Rocky Patel Cigars. Hamlet (rhymes with "omelet"), who celebrates 25 years in the business with this release, is the Master Blender at Rocky's TaviCusa factory in EstelÃ, Nicaragua, and this time around decided to offer a slightly milder blend by popular demand.
"Every rolling event I would host, I would be asked for a medium or even a mild cigar, and my first blend was very robust," said Paredes. "So now I have a cigar for the everyday smoker on the market."
The blend consists of long-fillers from Nicaragua & Honduras, Pennsylvania broadleaf binder, and an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. The smoke is primarily medium-full in body, exceptionally creamy, and offers a virtual buffet of perfectly-balanced flavors ranging from chocolate, to anise, to malty vanilla, pepper, and some fruity notes.
