Presenting another outstanding premium cigar created by renowned cigar aficionado and renaissance man, Steve Saka. Describing Mi Querida as "the greatest value possible for the hardcore cigar enthusiast," Steve uses a robust Nicaraguan long-filler and binder core rolled in a 100% naturally fermented, heavy Broadleaf wrapper. The result is a lush, full-bodied smoke that's "earthy and dense with a long, teasing, slightly dirty finish."
Pronounced, "me kay-ree-dah," the words mean "my dearest" in Spanish which, in Nicaraguan culture, is characterized as the woman who neither a man's wife nor his mistress knows about, or would ever approve of. To that end, Steve says that Mi Querida represents his "personal maduro desires."
The cigars are handcrafted at the NACSA cigar factory in Nicaragua under the supervision of Master Cigarmaker, Raul Disla, at the direction of Mr. Saka, who notes that the pace of this cigar's production is limited to the availability of the tobaccos. In other words, if you want to experience this incredible smoke, you'd be wise start your affair while Mi Querida is in-stock.
Down to my last 3 sticks : Will have to reorder soon. Spend your money wisely. You can t go wrong here. A 2-hr. smoke that will leave you cigar satisfied! Pairs well with your morning coffee or after dinner. Share it with a compadre for a great time.
Great rich full flavor smoke
Very good the best of the three mi querida lines
Met this cigar for the first time when manufacturer reps visited my cigar shop several months ago. On of the cigar store tobacconists recommended the 764. I don t smoke anything smaller than a 60 ringer. This stick fits the bill at 64. That being said, I can give you all the reasons to purchase this cigar, full bodied, great draw, even smoke, great ash by the way, pure pleasure for 2 hrs. My biggest recommendation, enjoy one with your morning, coffee on the weekends. Like a fine wine enhancing a great steak, you will be pleasantly surprised how this cigar and coffee enhance each other s flavors. You re welcome.:
Steve Saka is a blending master! Hands down my favorite stick. Hints of spice cream toasted wood wrapped in a sweet oily wrapper, do yourself a favor and try this blend. I only buy these by the box, and famous smoke always has this at a great price with fast shipping.
Really good. Solid, substantial, satisfying. Saka is serious about making consistently memorable cigars. As an enthusiast, I really appreciate that.
One of my very favorites. I smoke a lot of Saka cigars and these rank with the very best. Not for the faint of heart, as they are quite strong. But very smooth, with flawless construction
Looks plain but was a great smoke looking forward to purchasing a box.
Steve Saka ! Nuff said. Great burn, taste, and finish.I ordered another pack because I smoked my 1st one so quickly.
Simply put, I love this cigar. Complex and rich flavors of chocolate, coffee, spice, and that jena sa qua. There is a wonderful density to the cigar like most Saka sticks, but it just feels good in your hand and smokes incredibly. Even burning with lots of smoke output. You can sit this thing down forget about it, and it still stays lit. This is simply an awesome cigar. Can t recommend it enough. Trust me, you need a box of these.
