These Montes contain a medium-bodied blend of Dominican binder and filler tobaccos, wrapped in buttery, medium-brown Connecticut shade wrappers. The cigars offer a medium strength taste with a rich, refined aroma. The Churchill vitola is presented in glass tubes to maintain the factory-fresh taste that characterizes all Montecristo cigars.
Great cigars. Money well spent. Shared some with some friends n they loved them too. I will get another box
A great cigar when you have a good glass of scotch andthe time to just sit and enjoy.
pretty good cigar enjoyed it a little bit pricey but had a nice sweet taste very smooth and buttery, burned great for me only had to correct it once very easy to draw
Overpriced for what it offers. Once I light it up, the front mushrooms, and burns unevenly. Its embarrassing, I have to keep turning it. I don t have this problem with cheaper cigars like leon jimenez. I will not buy this cigar again, the reviews have this as an incredible 90 I don t think so. Most of the other cigars on this line are rated low, this and about 2-3 others were an exception. Atleast the presentation was nice.
Great draw & taste at a good price. You need a little time to enjoy this smoke, but you won't regret it.
The cigars were fine. My problem is that it took three 3 months to receive the Montecristo s. To make matters worse, there was no warning when the charge was made to my credit card. I had the money at the time of the order but was not ready for the charge three months later when it came, which resulted in an overdrawn charge.
Out of the tube- zero aroma. Smells like cardboard. Cold draw- impossible. ANY draw is impossible. Rolled so tight I could ve used it as a bludgeon. Taste- unfortunately, it s not really possible to taste a cigar air cannot pass through. The char light smelled nice, though. At nearly 13 dollars for a cigar I ultimately had to throw away totally unsmoked because it was totally unsmokeable, I will never risk purchasing another. Fool me once, I m done with you forever. Funny, I ve never had an 8 buck Inspirado orange choke on me. And I ve smoked hundreds of them. That s the last overpriced Montecristo I ever lose a penny on. And yes, I did all I could to loosen the draw. The wrapper unrolled. The draw was still impossible. If you enjoy passing out from sulking on a solid object, give me the 13 bucks and I ll give you a nice dowel to draw on.
