The Nicaraguan cigar brand represent the 5th core line extension in the brand's historic stable. It's also the first core line cigar to be made by a third party, in this case, AJ Fernandez, and it represents some of his best work. The line, conceived by Fernandez and Rafael Nodal, boasts an all-Nicaraguan leaf blend flawlessly handcrafted in four wide ring shapes, each enveloped in an attractive, silky, copper-hued wrapper. The cigars are also distinguished by a secondary band that clearly denotes the "Nicaragua Series."
The smoke issues plenty of depth, and teems with bold flavors of earthiness, sweet spice, charred cedar, and black pepper, all in exquisite balance from end-to-end. For cigar smokers who can't get enough of that rich Nicaraguan stuff, this selection is the bomb. Ideal for relaxing to after dinner with a fine Bourbon, single malt, or rum, the Montecristo Nicaragua Series offers a highly-refined experience that veteran aficionados will commit to memory. Add this humidor-worthy selection to your next Famous Smoke Shop order.
great smoke
If I removed the label on this cigar and removed the label on the best rated identical Cuban and you smoked both stogies you would never know the difference. I guarantee it .
Typical Montecristo but with a kick I prefer Nicaragua tobacco to DR because it is a stronger , but at the same time smooth Montecristo has accomplished this with their Nicaragua churchill, 2 hour stick
A cigar smokers cigar. The best Montes I have ever had. A little expensive but worth the price. That and the Padron 3000 and 4000 are my favorite smokes. GOOD WORK MONTE.
This cigar I consider is the best Monte out there, granted I don t smoke a lot of them. It has great taste, even burn, and nice draw.
Great cigar with good even burn and great taste
A truly enjoyable smoke, great flavor, draw and that?s all the way down to the nub. A long ash, too. You won?t go back.
Strong barnyard pre-light aromaStaring tobacco on the pre-light draw with a hint of black licorice aftertaste. Draw was good perfect amount of resistance. Burn was good as well only requires a couple touch ups. Flavor was pretty one dimensional throughout?.Earthy with a touch of leather. Virtually zero spice. Not a go-to stick for me.
