The series O cigar blend by Oliva is designed for the seasoned palate. This unique-tasting, full-bodied blend is achieved by growing the same Cuban-seed Habano tobaccos in different regions of northern Nicaragua - producing a distinct flavor variation in each of these rich filler, binder and wrapper tobaccos. After a carefully controlled fermentation process, the tobaccos are aged a full five years. That's why every Oliva Serie O cigar presents a hearty, complex, and aromatic puro that's so smooth, it's never overpowering.
Wrapper is perfect on all of these and not very veiny. Great taste and medium-full flavor. i really enjoy these cigars
One of my go to - cigars , and absolutely box worthy! see below Medium bodied with an even flavor profile throughout don t expect great complexity to unfold . Well constructed, so it burns perfectly and produces plenty of smoke. I love the format usually called a Corona Extra, as it is bigger than a typical Corona . AND quite affordable at a regular price. That I got a box for $95, a $39 Oliva sampler for free, and a $25 birthday discount after adding a few other smokes to the cart is just bananas. Thank you Famous Smoke!P.S. I think this is truly box worthy. Buying a box is such a different experience. Try it and you will know what I mean when you open it. ;-
Really incredible value hereburns, draws, and tastes like a $12 stick at half the price. Oliva really can make cigars that are up there with the best of em. Wouldn t hesitate to order this Serie O.
These are very good cigars that you can t go wrong buying!
Excellent draw and burn. Nice white ash. Very tasty. I feel it?s between medium and full bodied. But very smooth and not over powering. It?s become one of my favorites. Try a five pack and see for yourself. I highly recommend this cigar. Famous Smoke has the best price for this stick when they have them on sale.
a lot of bad reviews on this cigar for construction issues.I have burned through a box of churchills and a box of robustos with not one failure. As a matter of taste, they are not my favorite oliva and are very strong.for the price, quality of construction, burn with very little touchup I love olivas.often when sampler packs are purchased they need to be humidored for a while, most likely the problem not the cigar itself........
Impressively balanced and delicious, like all the other Oliva cigars.
My morning/afternoon goto cigar as of late........something about this particular size and the blend is just the right combination. Not a flavor bomb, but smooth and consistent, and I have never had any burn issues with the Corona size. Highly recommended. I hope the consistency of this cigar remains with the change of the guard at Oliva.
I know past ratings on these cigars are average at best, but current production from Oliva for these puros, is very good. The Churchill size gets better reviews, but I think this is a superior cigar with a noticeable difference in its taste profile. Ive been a serious cigar consumer who prefers full to medium-full body cigars from My Father, Padron, Fuentes, A.J. Fernandez and Oliva. This cigar is currently the best value for money. I would smoke the 1926 Padron No. 9 Maduro if I was willing to smoke a $20 dollar cigar everyday. Maybe someday, but not today.
All around great cigar. Great draw, good burn, fantastic taste. These will always be in my humidor!
