Plasencia calls Alma del Fuego, “a love letter to Ometepe.” It’s a volcanic island in Nicaragua where the binder, and some of the filler, leaves for this blend were grown – and then aged for seven years. Alma del Fuego fittingly means “soul of fire” – and this blend has it in spades. With its Nicaragua Jalapa wrapper, the blend provides medium-plus-bodied notes of nuts, coffee, and a sweet, woody smoke. Additionally, each box is topped with a beautiful wooden ashtray. Plasencia’s Alma series is made for the discriminating smoker. If you’ll only smoke the best – you’ve found it. Order your box now!
A true game changer
Really liked the cigar. Great flavor. What I didn t like was the box they came in. The smell of fresh paint covered the box. Would have preferred a plain box with the smell of ceder. Not paint
This is one of the first cigars that I stopped smoking less than halfway through. Very full-bodied but mostly just harsh.
