Punch Gran Puro premium cigars are Punch's "punchiest" selection. This affordably-priced, ALL Honduran-grown tobacco blend is enveloped in an extra-dark, sun-grown Havana seed wrapper and a sun-grown binder chosen from high priming leaves for richer flavor and color.
A smooth-smoking, full bodied cigar dominated by a well-rounded, earthy-spicy character and a long finish accented with a trace of cinnamon. Presented in natural cedar boxes with the classic Mr. Punch medallion in the center.
Been smoking Punch forever, settling on Gran Puro Ranchos several years ago as one of my daily sticks. One reason was the consistency of the construction and burn. Not so much recently. Have had numerous cigars in the past couple of boxes that won?t stay lit and tunnel badly relighting them, something we?ve all experienced even with premium brands. Most disappointing though was the total lack of response from Punch to my complaint of same. Just received another box ordered before the latest cigar failures and will be moving on to another brand if it constrains more bad sticks. Any replacement recommendations would be appreciated. Aloha
Flavorful but not complex, very consistent leather and pepper. Strong but not overly intense. Very good draw and solid burn, needed few touch ups. Excellent deal at 5 for $22.
Rich flavor, easy draw until the end. I m getting my money s worth and you d be hard pressed to find a better smoke.
Aroma, flavor, and draw were great. Had a burn issue with one but the rest were great. Price is great as well. Worth a box buy.
I have been away from Punch cigars for several years. Mainly due to a palate that has leant to a fuller flavor. I must say that I am am thrilled with this offering. Solid construction , flavor and makeup. Would highly recommend.
My go to cigar, absolutely love this stick
I have tried a variety of punch brand cigars. I was a little disappointed at the burn on this particular one but the smoke, taste, construction were all very good. I still prefer the Rothschild over this one. Its not the worst cigar just felt it could have burned a little more even.
difficult to beat these and i prefer them to the unreliable cubans too
Good even burn and a nice price
Outstanding flavor! As newbie, this is the taste I've been searching for. Of the three Punch Gran Puros I've smoked, two burned perfectly and one needed some correction. One of the two or three best cigars I've tried so far. I plan to get a box soon. Grab a five pack of these; you'll see. Highly recommended.
