ROMEO 505 Nicaragua by Romeo y Julieta cigars are boldest, spiciest addition to this classic brand, and come with a nod to the Plasencia family who blended and produced it at their Plasencia Tobacco S.A. factory in Estelí - a first for Altadis U.S.A. - and boy, did they get it right. Named for Nicaragua's area code, "505" is also code for indulging in only the richest, boldest, and most powerful experiences life has to offer.
Born from Nicaraguan-grown Habano Criollo '98 seeds, this third installment in the ROMEO series starts with a hearty blend of choice Nicaraguan long-fillers harvested from the country's three primary growing regions, Estelí, Condega and Jalapa, plus an Habano Jalapa binder, all skillfully box-pressed inside a dark, savory Habano Jalapa wrapper. The result is a deep, full-bodied and delectably complex puro brimming with toasty notes of earth, dried fruit, sweet cedar and leather.
Presented in four popular shapes in boxes of 20 cigars, if you love the rich flavor of perfectly cured and aged Nicaraguan tobacco, this cigar's got your name on it. Discover this "rebel child" of the Romeo y Julieta family by adding some to your prized cigar collection.

So Ive been smoking cigars for 25 years or so. And Ive always liked Romeo and Juliet. However Ive never tried to RO ME O 505.Excellent burn all the way through, not so hot at the end where it tasted nasty. Quite frankly Im glad I bought a Box vs. just five.Nice flavor throughout the cigar
The 505 from RyJ is new to me and I like the style that they went for here. This is much stronger than I am accustom to when tasting a Romeo y Julieta. I am saying this as a good thing the cigar was great I even got some awesome coffe and chocolate flavor notes.
Great looking cigar. Mild for a full bodied smoke. No harshness. Slight burn on retrohale, but no pepper taste. Consistent flavor throughout burn down to two fingers. Solid construction throughout. Great draw, firm, but full, with lots of smoke. A pretty even burn, but had to touch up the wrapper 3 times during smoke. A good 1 hr 20 min smoke.
There not to strong but also not to weak
