San Cristobal cigars are a a culmination of efforts by Ashton and the supreme blending talent of Cuban-born tobacco grandmaster Don José Pepin Garcia. Introduced in 2007, San Cristobal's all-Nicaraguan leaf blend includes a dark, oily wrapper and well-aged binder and longfiller tobaccos. Full-bodied yet smooth, San Cristobal delivers a profoundly complex flavor, including hints of chocolate, nuts, espresso, earth and cedar. The cigars are expertly constructed with a Cuban-style triple cap.
I keep these in my collection. The Fabuloso is my preferred cigar in the San Cristobal collection. Very smooth and burns well. I recommend trying this cigar.
I sit on my deck even in cold weather smoke one these after work I love the smooth flavor. Will continue to purchase them.
Got this in a SC 6 pack sampler.Well made, lights easy, has a good draw and a deep rich flavor. A little pepper, some cream and a hint of cocoa, flavorful smoke you can almost chew. A good 90 minute cigar.
I love the long burn and great flavor . I look forward to each smoke, A bit pricey $9-10.00 but worth it. I love to sit in my hammock with a San Cristobal XXL and let the day go by...
Don Jose taught Pete Johnson the art of blending and I am a huge Tatuaje fan! Just got a 5 pack of these on Cigar Monster cause I had smoked these before but after getting reacquainted I immediately ordered a full box!!!
It s not even close. Magnificent creamy smooth yet medium.to full body smoke. Cocoa cream nuttiness. A little wood. Even blows the other san cristobal out of the water which I love. This along w my Oliva master blends and la gloria gilded age toros are simply killer to me. Can t live without them.
Got this with a sampler, and was literally blown away by how great of a smoke this cigar is. Never even heard of San Cristobal and the Supremo is chocolately and creamy and just a beautiful lush smoke. Blows away so many of the top cigars that I am frankly amazed that more people don t know about SC. Absolute must have.
One the best cigars that I've smoked, especially for the price. Excellent construction, perfect draw with a nice aroma. Bursting with flavors from first light to the nub. Very complex sometimes sweet, sometimes smokey, sometimes spicy and chocolatey oh, but always delicious. A must-try! ( I recommend dry boxing for one to two days prior to smoking)
San Cristobal Papagayo XXL is a truly enjoyable cigar. Consistent burn, good smoke, smooth draw and rich flavor. A great cigar with either a cup of coffee or a glass of bourbon.
I enjoy this cigar. It burns well and is robust with a dark oily wrapper. It’s a finely constructed Nicaraguan & the taste is of cedar with mocha & espresso undertones. I think the San Cristobal brand by Ashton is a good overall value.
