The Drew Estate Undercrown cigars are completely dominating the cigar industry. This Undercrown Shade is the second release in the Undercrown line by Drew Estate. This silky smooth beauty, unlike most movie sequels, lives up to this franchise's legacy.
The Undercrown Shade is made with Dominican Criollo '98 and Nicaraguan Corojo and Criollo longfillers, a Sumatran binder, and a flavorful Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. The result is a medium-bodied, full flavored smoke that is almost too good for words. Get your box today!
I like them, fairly mild but lots of good flavor in there as well. Perfect for when you only have 15 minutes or so to enjoy a smoke.
Very good. Quality cigar.
Awesome undercrown cigar. Really good anytime of the day. Always in my humidor. Buy again
Fabulous smoke. I smoked DUNHILL for 20 years. But, they went out of business. I tried a dozen smokes out. THIS is what i landed on. Great draw. Nice flabor. No twigs. Nicely packed. Truly, a high end smoke at a fair cost. I m all in.
I LOVE this cigar. I used to smoke dunhills for 20 years. But, they discontinued them. Those were the rolls royce of smokes. Well, i tried 15 cigars and THIS was my favorite. I even did a youtube review on it if you want to check it out. Great draw. Nice flavor. No twiggs. Medium/Light taste. No bag flavor in your mouth in the morning. I am enjoying these a ton.
Got this box free with nightshade, otherwise I would never have tried them. My daily drivers are usually diesel, dark sumatra, roma, 5 Vegas, la bomba.... never been one for medium- bodied smokes. Let alone a conneticut. There s a little more strength than body, thankfully. The taste though.... just beautiful. It s a loaded caramel macchiato with some nuttiness. Little barnyard. Bit of spice. Just creamy as can be. Size is perfect and the burn is as good as they say. If you re still on the fence... don t be. They killed it with this stick. Leaves me satisfied.
Always burns well, good draw every time, great taste, worth all the awards and praise they get at Drew Estate
I have had the full size version of these & wanted a small short smoke for the cold winters here in Wi. Was very smooth & mild tasting little treat. Was not surprised.
Excellent construction, lots of smoke, initial pepper and wood and then nuts, cream, spice, and even some occasional graham cracker. Mild side of medium. One of my favorite Connecticut smokes!
Tried quite a few cigars in my life... If we are talking connecticut, these are simply THE BEST I ve ever had. VSG and Maduro of the same line - very good and always are in my humidor now also, but as for connecticut - I don t even want to try any others. Had both, Robusto and Gran Toro. Choosing between them now, depending on how much time I have. Gran Toro - 2 hours easily, 2 and a half even sometimes without relighting. Robusto - hour and a half, maybe 2 hours, deending on how you re smoking. Bit pricey maybe, damn, but I prefer smoking less often but more quality. Don t even know, what else to say. Just remember the first time I tried them from a sample. I was like: wow, what is it? Why? What the... God, that s I was looking for! All those dozens of different connecticut cigar I had and something was always missing. Too smooth or too harsch or too simple... This one is just a perfect balance. Okay now, thanks for reading. And much love for FS also. Tried ordering from different shops - there are some with better prices, not a secret I guess, but what I wanna tell is this - when I order from other shops, cigars MUST rest in a humi for a month at least. When I order from Famous Smoke, one week in a humi is enough to get started.
