At first Anto thought this was crazy, but sure enough, they found an immediate and loyal customer base who went nuts for their unnamed offering. After a short discussion, it was decided they would name the cigar after John who was already a cigar-a-day smoker, and thus the brand was born.

From there, sales went through the roof. Stogie heads around the world looking for an inexpensive cigar were drawn in by the price, and kept coming back for the flavor. In their 20 plus years of business they've only expanded, developing new lines with the help of expert blenders throughout South America, utilizing tobaccos from all over the world to appeal to even wider audiences.
