PINELLAS PARK, FL – Camacho Cigars has announced the addition of Camacho Factory Unleashed 2 cigars to their portfolio. Said to be a true representation of the company’s “Where Bold is Born” motto, the new Connecticut wrapped cigar will be released on April 21, 2022.
Handcrafted at Davidoff’s factory in Danlí, Honduras, the blend consists of Corojo filler tobaccos from Honduras and the Dominican Republic, Nicaraguan binder, and a rare Connecticut wrapper grown in Ecuador. An exposed shaggy foot allows the flavors of the Corojo tobaccos to issue earthy and spicy flavor notes until meeting up with the binder and wrapper. At that point, a rich creaminess, pepper, and bold cedar notes are revealed.
“The second release represents the unorthodox potential and barrier breaking innovation of our factory,” said Davidoff U.S.A. Director of Marketing & Retail, Lana Fraser. “It goes without saying that the mighty Corojo is the core component in the blend that carries our badge of boldness.”
Like the first Camacho Factory Unleashed cigar, Unleashed 2 is rolled to a one size, 6×50 Toro format. 1,000 units of Camacho Factory Unleashed 2 will be available for retail in 100-ct. wooden crates, while an additional 2,500 paper wrapped bundles of 10 cigars will be reserved for eCommerce. The packaging was designed to reflect the rustic appeal of raw wood color tones that are similar to the cigar’s wrapper color. MSRP per cigar will be $8.00 U.S.
“The aromas and flavor of this blend will indulge the palates of Camacho fans as well as expand the diversity of our portfolio,” added Ms. Fraser.
