Cigar News: Crowned Heads Adds New Topes Vitola to Mil Días Regular Production

Topes Marks Largest Ring Gauge To-Date In The Brand

Crowned Heads Cigars recently debuted a new regular production size that’s been added to their bestselling Mil Días cigars selection, the Mil Días Topes. Topes features the original Mil Días blend and handcrafted to a portly 47/8”x 56 Robusto Extra with a pigtail finished cap. Topes is also the first frontmark added to the line since Mil Días cigars’ 2020 debut. The new cigar is handcrafted under the supervision of Eradio Pichardo and manufactured at tabacalera TacaNicsa in Estelí, Nicaragua.

“We felt the timing was right to expand the Mil Días range and this will be the largest ring gauge to-date in the brand,” said Crowned Heads co-founder, Jon Huber. “We found the larger ring gauge combined with the shorter length really allowed the blend to open up and express itself emphasizing the unique floral notes and sweetened cream tones that Mil Días became know for.”

Scheduled to ship in August, Mil Días Topes will join the four current Mil Días vitolas. Presented in a box of 20 cigars, Topes will carry a suggested retail price of $12.25 per cigar. CA
