Powstanie Connecticut cigars are rolled in the finest Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. It boasts a silky-smooth appearance and issues an enticing aroma with bold undertones. The blend is completed by a core of Pennsylvania Broadleaf binder, and Nicaraguan fillers.
