Cigar News: Punch Introduces Knuckle Buster Habano ‘Stubby’ Cigar

The bold, wallet-friendly collection adds Short Gordo to the line

Punch Knuckle Buster Habano Stubby. No, it’s not the name of a pro wrestler, but the iconic Cuban heritage brand thinks it could work. In any event, the bold, wallet-friendly collection that debuted in March 2020, has added a Short Gordo vitola to its lineup.

“Punch Knuckle Buster Habano Stubby packs a punch…or more like a jab,” said Punch brand manager, John Hakim. “The Stubby delivers what fans loved about Knuckle Buster Habano in a new ‘stubby” size. And since we mentioned wrestling, Knuckle Buster Habano Stubby is like the Iron Sheik’s Camel Clutch – it’s bold, it’s complex, and it wraps up at just the right time.”

Handcrafted at HATSA in Honduras, Punch Knuckle Buster Habano Stubby is blended with all Habano-seed tobaccos from Nicaragua and Honduras to deliver balanced strength and complexity. Seamlessly rolled to 4½”x60 dimensions, a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper caps a Nicaraguan Habano binder and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Honduras. Hints of earth, leather, cedar and nuts give the blend a universal appeal in a compact smoke that’s affordably-priced and perfect when a shorter smoke session is in order.

Listed at $5.39 MSRP per cigar, Punch Knuckle Buster Stubby is presented in boxes of 20 cigars.
