#NowSmoking: Cohiba Riviera
Reading Time: 3 minutes Gary reviews the Cohiba Riviera Toro, the first Cohiba to wear a Mexican hat, and more. Named for the Riviera region in Mexico’s Tuxtla Valley (not the Buick classic), see what makes this Riviera run by watching now.
What you say is no stamp no good even though the habano seal and the hologram are good
Ps I am talking Behike # 56
Nice article about vintage box codes very informative. Was wondering if there was any information about box codes dates of manufacture for new world cigar producers from DR Nicaragua Honduras etc.
Appreciate the article and insights. I have been trying to find a good resource for figuring out ages of cigars. Midway through your article it references cigarhistory.com’s easy dating page, but it appears that sight is no longer available. Any other resources? Thanks, great site(s)!
Simon

I found a Squarona Boite Nature dovetailed wooden cigar box. I’d like to know a little bit about it. Paid 2 Dollars and 50 cents for it at a antique store

Hi Caroline –
You may also want to check that box with this site: http://www.cigarhistory.info/Site/NCM_HOME.html
They have lots of info on vintage boxes, and you can write to them with questions. Very helpful, too.

Thank you
Hi Natalia –
Pretty beat-up, but the best resource would be to contact the Cigar History Museum. They will know.
Good luck,
