Cigars, BBQ & Music: It can only mean it’s time for CATS FEST!

What started out as kind of a dream for event organizer, Storm Boen, has become a smoky reality as CATS FEST III kicks off this Memorial Day Weekend. Beautiful San Antonio, Texas is the place as May 22, 23 & 24 marks three straight days of pure unadulterated cigar loving, food devouring, music jamming mayhem.
Yours truly, Tommy Zman and fellow Cigar Advisor editor/writer Gary Korb will be handing out premium cigar happiness supplied by the good people at Famous Smoke Shop. Other cigar dignitaries attending will be Jonathan Drew and the Drew Estate boys, Joya de Nicaragua, Padron, Asylum, XIKAR, Espinosa, Miami Cigars, Villiger and many more!
As for the festivities, Friday night kicks things off with a VIP Dinner. Then Saturday brings us to the Tejas Rodeo Company for a plethora of awesomeness with cigars and swag for everyone, alcohol sampling, the great beard competition, raffles every 45 minutes, live music all day, and the Cigars for Warriors Rodeo. CFW is the official charity of the CATS organization whose mission is collecting and dispersing premium cigars and accessories to American Service Men and Women serving in combat zones and on long term deployments OCONUS in 3rd world environments and other appropriate Areas of Operation.
Finally, Sunday rocks with the Cigars for Warriors Music Festival held at the Tejas Rodeo Company main pavilion. There’s the People’s Choice CFW Chili Cook Off… more free cigars and even a special surprise!
We invite you to come and have an amazing time while supporting your deployed fighting men and women of the U.S. Military.
