Di Nobili King 10/5 cigars are produced in Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA. Originating in 1896, these distinctive, dry-cured cigars are machine-made with a mellow, medium-bodied blend of 100% dark-fire-cured Kentucky and Tennessee tobaccos.
I purchased these after trying to find out what type of cigar Clint Eastwood smoked in his spaghetti westerns. I finally found that most people thought he smoked the DeNobili brand, although he does not speak of it to my knowledge. In any event, I didn t want the tiny tiny sticks that he seems to smoke, although I m told he cut them in half or thirds. So I picked DeNobili Kings, as they were 4 1/2 inches long and I thought it would provide a good smoke. Well guess what. Thet did. Much better than the gas station varieties that are out there. Good flavor, lasted close to an hour and in some instances over an hour. I ll get them again. The only flaw is that the draw seems to be a little tight. Not a big thing,00
