Dominican 4000 cigars are just what you've been looking for in a sweet, smooth, well-balanced cigar at a GREAT price. Blended by Abe Flores's Pinar Del Rio cigars factory in Santiago, the craftsmanship and the Connecticut wrappers (in Natural & Maduro) offer a smoke that's mellow, well-rounded, and delicately spicy. Plus, the quality's so good they could've been boxed cigars, but we're dedicated to saving you money. Order a bundle now and taste for yourself. This one's a winner!
Ordered over a weekend they arrived fresh as could be... Smoked one on arrival it was just a little bit harsh during the first third, but mellowed out to a wonderful experience that I ended up nubbing it. I then let them meditate in my humidor for a bit and the flavor from start to finish was awesome. Great mild flavor, with hints of light coffee and hay in the aroma. Great companion to a regular coffee-that s coffee two creams two sugars. Excellent smoke production, and a very even burn. Appearance matches the price point, but the flavor and enjoyment is an excellent value. Definitely going to be a regular smoke for me.
I really enjoy these they are mild and smooth, they have a lite nutty sweet tobacco flavor that I like. They burn well for the price its hard to beat. They are my weekday after work cigars..
Well made cigar. Caps are even and color is rich. The draw was poor, something i have not run across with this brand in the past. The flavor is good and becomes rich and a little nutty with a hit of spicy notes. All in all a good smoke less the draw problem. I called customer support and related the issue of draw to them and as par for the course Famous stepped up and delt with me better then most other companies would even think of doing. Good cigar and stellar customer support. Go Famous!
I got a bundle of the toros. The construction on the one I picked to smoke was spotty but burned OK. The draw was OK too. The cigars have been resting for a couple weeks now at 70% in my coolerdor. However, the wrapper split twice during the smoke. To me, the cigar felt OK not dried out nor too wet . It s a mild cigar and is probably best smoked when you re not paying attention. All in all, I was disappointed as I recall Famous Dominican bundles from the past were noticeably better.
