Top-flight, premium cigars at rock-bottom, discount prices! These bundles are some of the best deals in the house. You get outstanding quality and flavor for a fraction of the boxed versions. We can't say what they are, but we can say that these cigars are made in the same factory as Punch and Hoyo De Monterrey cigars. Available in Ecuadorian Sumatra natural or Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrappers, if you're looking for a great value, latch on to some of these bundles now and compare.
I have long been in search of a decent, affordable daily smoke. I usually end up disappointed, most frequently for issues with consistency and burn. The General Honduran No. 10s, however, have been a definitive joy. They re not perfect. One oughtn t buy a $25 bundle expecting Monte No. 2 quality. But these are really quite nice. I had only one in my first bundle that did not burn well and it s not inconceivable that I may have failed in the lighting process! . As far as consistency of taste, these are better than any bundle I ve sampled. I found them to have a nice medium-open draw, producing copious smoke, and with a savory medium-body, hinting at buttered toast. I can t vouch for the veracity of the claim that they come from the Punch/Hoyo De Monterrey factory, but they do have a certain Hoyo character. Based on my first bundle, definitely recommended as a daily smoke. If subsequent bundles are consistent with this first bundle, I ll be a devotee.1 0
I like a cigar with my morning coffee, or to replenish my energy on a busy day. If you are like me, and you are like me and can t afford to smoke premiums everyday, this is a good choice. I just finished off my first bundle and I recommend them. It is just the right size for a quick break from work, it delivess honest tobacco flavor, and it burns and draws quite well, delivers a cloud of agreeable smoke. It is a little rustic looking, but I like the rustic look, it reminds me of cigars from the 19th Century. It s not my favorite everyday cigar, but I will buy again for sure.1 0
