These bundles aren t the prettiest but have great smoking qualities just like any other more costly cigar. From my experience of smoking many Punch and Hoyo cigars, the HB s are the same. I ve never been able to tell any difference other then the prices. Yes, sometimes you will get duds, but you can also get duds in other premium cigars and have paid alot more for them. I definitely have before.The no54 maduros are deep, slightly dark caramel like sweetness, a good amount of black pepper flavor and spice, some cream also akin to a black pepper gravy. The best part is you re saving roughly 6 to 8 dollars a stick versus hoyo and punch. When I get in a cigar mood I buy a few cigars for variety and to try something new, but my go to cigar are hb no54 maduro. You can t go wrong with them.

I found these cigars years ago I think Villazon owned them previously before General bought the company. They are seconds, but very similar to Hoyo de Monterey and Punch rothchilds maduros. Consequently, sometimes the construction is lacking, but the flavor is consistently medium leaning towards full. The nicotine content is mercifully less than a lot of Nicaraguans I ve had i.e. Villager Trill . The price is the hook!

These are good cigars at a good price. A couple were not well constructed, but overall a good deal. Wish they still came in Corona size.
