Registering is quick and easy, and gets you access to the site's coolest features. Start by clicking "Account" or the gear in the top right corner of the site. Click "Register," fill out the form completely, then check the email address you provided for a confirmation email. Once you click the confirmation link, you're good to go! Please not that your email address serves as you "account name," which we will ask for each time you order.

The "Account Information" link is available only to registered customers. Clicking through will allow you to manage your personal account information at any time. Because we use your email address as your account name, please keep the email address we have on file for you current. If you have changed your email address, please update your information as soon as possible or contact our Customer Service Department.

Navigating to My Email Preferences will allow you to opt in and out of our email messages.

Q: I already have an account and have ordered on the phone, can't I just use that one?

A: No. Because additional information is required for an online account, everyone must set up their online account. If you already have an offline account, we will take care of merging that information with your Famous Smoke Shop online account.

The "Nickname/User ID" is an alternate name of your own choosing that is required to complete your registration. It is used primarily for those who want to participate on CigarAuctioneer.com, our cigar auction site. If you create a nickname already in use, an alternate ID will be suggested for you, which you can either accept or enter an alternative nickname of your own. Even if you do not plan on using CigarAuctioneer.com, you must still create a Nickname/User ID.
