Shipping Cost and Information

• We require a $20.00 minimum order for all international customers.
• Free shipping promotions are only valid on orders shipped to the lower 48 Unites States; Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all international destinations are restricted from these promotions.
• Orders valued at $20.00 - $199.99 ship at a flat fee of $37.50.
• For orders valued at over $200.00, Famous Smoke Shop will generate a customized quote for your actual shipping charges.
• Upon placing your order, you will receive a shipping quote (for all orders, regardless of value) via email within three (3) business days.
• We need your reply by email within 5 business days as to whether you're accepting the shipping charges, or would prefer to cancel the order; the order will be automatically cancelled on the 6th business day.

• The only payment form we accept for international orders is Credit Card; we do not accept PayPal, prepaid cards or virtual cards.
• Lighters cannot be shipped due to FAA restrictions.
• All orders ship via United States Postal Service; delivery times may vary due to Customs inspection.
• All duties and taxes are your responsibility.
• All orders must be prepaid with a credit card before they ship. All credit card information must be verified before we will ship any order.
• Even if there are no tobacco restrictions in your country, it is possible that customs will still refuse the shipment. In this event the shipment is refused and returned to Famous Smoke Shop, we will not refund the original shipping charge; you will also be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for the return to Famous Smoke Shop.
• Correspondence with us must be in English.
• FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we may require a copy of a current credit card STATEMENT (the bill you receive) for the credit card being used for this order. It should clearly show your name, address and at least the last 5 digits of the credit card number, so that we have documentation that the billing name and address on the order match the billing name and address on the credit card. We may also request that you provide a copy of your government issued photo ID along with a picture of the credit card displaying the last 4 digits of the credit card being used. These are standard policies that ensure that the person paying for the order is the person receiving the order. All credit card information must be verified before we will ship any order.

There are some countries that we do not ship to - a complete list is found below. Once your International order is received we will prepare your customized quote and return to you via email within three (3) business days. You will need to reply by email within 5 business days to accept the shipping charges or simply cancel the order.
