You understand that Famous Smoke Shop's ability to fulfill your orders depends on the availability of the items. Due to high demands and product scarcity, many of these items unfortunately are shipped by the manufacturers to Famous Smoke Shop only periodically and in limited quantities. Consequently, while we will certainly endeavor to fulfill every order, we cannot guarantee shipment of all items or the quantities ordered.
We try to give all our valued customers the opportunity to enjoy the products they wish to purchase and, as a result, may have to restrict quantities per customer depending on product availability. Certain items are already designated as limited sale items and are restricted to a specified quantity per order. You agree that you will respect these restrictions and not try to circumvent them by any means.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. No order shall be binding on Famous Smoke Shop until we accept it.
Items may be purchased from this website using a valid credit card for payment. Shipping of items will be by United Parcel Service. Items must be shipped to an address where a person is available to sign for and receive said items.
These terms and conditions of sale and the transactions contemplated thereby are governed solely by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and any and all claims related thereto must be brought and finally resolved solely in the courts of the State of Pennsylvania.

About Sales Tax
Items sold by Famous Smoke Shop, Cigar Auctioneer and Cigar Monster that are shipped to locations in the United States (including territories) may be subject to state and local sales taxes. States with a General Excise Tax will show up at checkout as a sales tax.
How Sales Tax is Calculated
The amount of tax charged on your order depends on many factors including the following:
The type of item or service purchased.
The shipment or delivery address of your order.
These factors can change between the time you place an order and when your shipment is complete. As a result, the tax calculated on your order may change.
