Herrera Esteli cigars are blended by the esteemed Willy Herrera as a tribute to the old Cuban style cigar. The process starts off using the finest Nicaraguan tobaccos from Esteli with Honduran binders and Ecuadorian seed Habano wrappers. They are then wrapped entubado style, a rare and extremely difficult style of rolling used primarily in Cuba. The result is a cigar with a taste unlike anything Drew Estate has ever created. Truly magnificent in every way. Pick yours up now.
As with most Drew Estate cigars, the cigar looks gorgeous and has a great draw. On all of the Herrera Esteli cigars I ve smoked, I ve had to do touch-ups on the wrapper. I ve heard many people having this issue as well, but it s not a big deal. It s medium to full body and medium in strength. As mentioned in the title, there are a lot of wood and nut notes, being a bit dry at times. There is indeed a creaminess to it as well, but it comes and goes. I m not to crazy about these flavors, but, if you re into them, this should be a great cigar!0 0
