At first I was in Awe, when I opened the box. There was Filler tobacco on Top and Bottom of cigar packaging. I thought that was a cool Presentation along with the Artwork as well. Nice spicy, peppery, and chocolaty flavor. Nice even burn on most cigars. Wish they would ve packed a wrapper leaf...

I bought this because I love the original isla del sol sungrown and this did not disappoint! It is definitely sweeter but more of a chocolate sweetness or more coffee. If you like drew estates infused u will love this

I found the Maduro to not be as good as the standard Sungrown version. You don?t seem to get the same sweetness from tip than the other. Other than that it smokes good and is still enjoyable.

The Isla del Sol maduro Robusto is NOT being made the way they used to be. The flavor is mostly the same, but the quality of the cigar itself has fallen way off and is of very poor quality now. Something has changed in the last year and at least half of the cigars I tried to smoke ended up going out, because of large stems, canoeing and very loosely made. I m VERY disappointed and have stopped smoking them.
