My Father cigars were introduced in 2008 by Jaime Garcia, son of the renowned Don Jose Pepin Garcia, at Jaime's My Father factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. These full-bodied cigars contain Nicaraguan longfillers and a hybrid Ecuadorian Habano Rosado/Criollo wrapper. The smoke's initial crack of pepper rounds out to reveal a complex brew of spice, wood, coffee, and a kiss of caramelized sweetness. If you thought his father made great cigars, wait til you try Jaime's. A must-smoke!
There are a whole lot more cigars in this world I have not smoked than ones I have. That said. This is probable my fave so far of about 50 different ones I have tried . I enjoy single malt scotch or bourbon in the evening with a cigar. I just ordered and received a box of these after trying a 5 pack for a start and I gotta say there is NOTHING about this smoke I don t like. It burn very uniformly has a pleasant taste and I am sure I will be ordering more. in the interest of full disclosure I have not had a bad My Father s yet The peppery taste does build in the last 1/4 of it but nothing unpleasant or harsh.
Great cigar. Just like all the others that I smoked in the My Father line. Pantela size is real nice. Youll like it!!
One of my new favorites and in this size range and worth a try. Burns and pulls better then several other brands I have tried in this size. It has the familiar My Father taste and is most enjoyable.
