The Padrón Black PB-99 Natural shares the same celebratory roots as its maduro sibling — a limited release tied to the late José Orlando Padrón’s legacy, but this edition wears a sun-grown natural wrapper for a slightly brighter take on this big Gordo format.
Built out at a beefy 6 ¾ × 60, the blend gives off plenty of that classic Padrón core character — coffee, cedar, earth — but in an even more refined profile that leans a little less on the sweet side. If you’ve had a taste of the Padron family’s upper-tier cigars in the past, this one is the icing on the cake.
Exceptionally well-balanced and running medium-to-full strength, this Padrón milestone more than earns some humidor space. Just make sure you take the opportunity to enjoy it before you turn 99.
