If you ever prefer a genuine Honduran cigar in a very wide range of sizes, Punch cigars are suitable for you. Designed in keeping with established Honduran tobacco curing techniques, Punch is a primary illustration of a full bodied, bold cigar. Top of the line Nicaraguan tobaccos are used.
It's been a couple of years since I've had a Punch and nothing's changed. Good construction, taste is flavorful and it's a relaxing smoke. This time around I bought 2 boxes from Famous and once again I was not disappointed. Thank you Famous; Punch Magnum is still a damn good cigar.
I got these with a box of the Te-Amo Robustos and this is my first Punch (also in the Robusto size). I wasn't disappointed when I tried one out of the box. It's definitely full bodied as that's what I enjoy, but not overwhelming with bitterness or a bad after taste; just full tasty flavor. Plain and simple, this is a damn good cigar. I give it a thumbs up.
I feel like no matter how many cigars I go through, good and bad, I always come back to Punch and am never disapointed. Because there are so many cigars out on the market these days its easy for me to overlook the classic Punch natural robusto aka Magnum. A beautifully rolled cigar, nothing but consistant quality in its construction and its taste. I really need to buy a box of these to keep on hand. There aren't any "bells or whistles" just a consistant quality cigar.
Trying to find a cheaper alternative to the Perdomos and Rocky Patels that I usually buy, I decided to try to a box of the Punch Magnums. Not only was a I satisfied, I think I may have found a new favorite cigar! The burn is even and consistant and the draw is smooth and easy. The flavor is full and very satisfying. I will definitely be buying more of these!
