I purchased Cohiba Red Dot with the Punch. I have to say I enjoyed the Punch just as much as the Cohiba. This Punch is a great value.

First, some of the reviews from years past complain about the inconsistent draw. Somewhere along the way Punch fixed this as I ve had 700 or so of these cigars in the last two years and NOT ONE had anything but a perfect draw. I smoke one of these every single day which says something about what I think of them.

Right off the bat it’s a beautiful cigar, a real work of art. The burn on the ones I’ve smoked so far has been extreamly consistent, you couldn’t ask for a more even burn on a cigar. The construction was immaculate, no hard knots, no soft spots they aren’t wet or spongy at all. The draw is smooth and clean and the taste on the dry draw was smooth, the second draw after just warming the foot starts to bring out the warm earthy tones in it, and with the light and the retrohail you really begin to get the smokey peat and earth flavor with a muted sweetness to it. It really comes together like a nice Islay Scotch.

I am especially happy about the draw. Every Punch that I tried has had a great flavor, and I also like it how this is one of those original Cuban brands that actually makes Cuban-size cigars for us slimmer than 50-guage .

No bullshit! Hey, if you want a straight -off the hoof Maduro w/no bitterness this is your cigar. I am absolutely bull nuts over this cigar. It burns perfectly, it'll have everybody asking what you're smoking from the richness of the smoke. It draws sooo easily from start to finish. Grill one Porterhouse, eat, and then pour a glass of your fav bourbon and light one Punch Maduro AND try not to look too satisfied. Good luck w/that last one.

The punch after dinner maduro is the every day cigar I have been searching for. I bought a box of natural's and thought they were great, so I couldn't wait to try a box of maduro's. They are fantastic and I recommend them to everyone. The guys I have shared them with agree that are truly a fantastic smoke.
