Rocky Patel partnered with the CSWC organization, which holds events across the globe to see who can smoke a cigar the longest and slowest without it being relit or going out. And the Cigar Smoking World Championship Mareva is that cigar. Inside, this competition-level smoke is a core of tobaccos from Nicaragua and Honduras.
