After nine months in the humidor this smoke was totally delightful for me. Full flavored, thick smoke, slow burn and I hated to put this one down at the end. Just remember, I ll be back.

This cigar has one of the oiliest wrappers I have ever seen, with a seamless roll and triple cap. It was so firm I doubted whether it would actually smoke. I'm happy to report that, in terms of smoke production, "Thunder" could easily be short for "Thundercloud."The burn isn't perfect, but I wouldn't expect it be be, given the thickness of the wrappers. What I WILL say, is that it's a powerhouse of flavor: coffee and spice notes complement an earthy/leathery base, with plenty of pepper up front, and some nice intermittent sweetness, just to keep things interesting. An impressive smoke overall, especially for the price. Nice work, Nimish and Rocky!00
At about $5.90 for a stick, the Thunder sits at the middle of the pack in regards to a price to value ratio.Pro s:1.The presentation on this stick is beautiful. Bands are pretty, and the outer wrapper has a nice oily sheen. It s Aesthetically pleasing to say the least.2.Cigar cuts well after being stored properly. The draw is just above average on both a dry and lit draw.3. The one ostensible taste that can be determined throughout most of this cigar is pleasant enough.Cons:1. The burn on this stick is irritating. One stick can warrant 3-4 touch-ups after the initial light, even if the initial light was perfect and with a quality lighter2. The stick is pretty one note to me. Up front there is a tad bit of pepper and some spice notes, but that quickly transitions into a deep earth and leather which stays for the remainder of the smoke. All I am saying is that I know I can get more than two transitional flavors out of cigars that retail almost $2 cheaper than this one.In closing, this is a perfectly average stick with a good 45 minute burn time with one solid flavor. I would recommend it to a cigar buyer that wants a straightforward leather flavored smoke without any surprises.00
Yes, there is pepper. Yes, there is spice. Overall not a bad cigar for the price, but don't fall for the name its not a knock your socks off bang shazzam! Try CAO gol now that one should be called thunder!00
