about La Vieja Habana Corojo Chateau Corona

La Vieja Habana Corojo Chateau Corona

A well-made cigar at an honest price. La Vieja Habana cigars were the first Drew Estate cigars, debuting in 1994. Handmade with a well-balanced Cuban Sandwich blend of long & short Nicaraguan filler tobaccos, each La Vieja Habana Corojo Chateau Corona is rolled in a spicy Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper. These cigars draw easily with a rich, smooth, earthy flavor, producing clouds of thick blue smoke and a sweet, inviting aroma. Try this great NEW value cigar, and taste why La Vieja Habana is the lead horse in the Drew Estate stable.

good value
for La Vieja Habana Corojo Chateau Corona
by in Georgia on February 25, 2014

I smoked this cigar the first time at my local B%26M. Cost was around $3.50+tax . This cigar burns nice and slow, has a very conical ash meaning the cherry that s left after ashing is shaped like the bottom of an ice cream cone. Flavorwise it s okay, nothing special, mostly just natural bland. I d say this is a good cigar because at this price point it beats other cigars that cost around the same but deliver less in quality. I would buy this for yard work, watching the game, or just some summertime smoking while grilling. It s not by any means a top-shelf cigar, I would actually compare this to the cheaper padron cigars in terms of flavor.

If I was forced to pick (and purchase) only one cigar for the rest of my life, I'd pick this one.
