I started buying these because of the great looking boxes they came in.Now that they come in bundles for less money I can afford to buy them more often. And, since I've got every size box they offered on display in my den, I don't need to spend the extra $$. I like to always have at least a few of these around. Typically way too strong for the average smoker, but I'm tough!.

I've been smoking Don Lino Africa's for about three years now. I have one entire humidor filled with the Dumas, Kifaros, and Tembos. These cigars are good after resting a week or so, but they age very well! A great smoke, even without the wicked cool box!

This is a serious full tilt firecracker of a cigar that lasted me about 1/2 an hour. It is well constructed, and I've had no issues with burn. I've kept mine humidified at 65 rh for a couple of months. While good, the cigar I believe will taste better after a year of aging.

I received my 25 bundle of Don Lino Africa Duma Robusto's from one of Famous' many "limited time deals" or I simply wouldn't have been able to afford them. I jumped on the 59.95 deal that also included, but not required, the half off deal on Famous Dominican 3000 which I chose the Belicoso. The Don Lino is now one of my favorites for an after dinner smoke. Nice and strong with a delicious flavor different from any cigar I have tried. Good looking cigar and nicely rolled. At first I thought they were rolled too tight but after a short time in the humi the draw is producing plenty of smoke. I have to add that the 3000's are a wonderful smoke in thier own right. As far as customer service: I ordered from a Famous competitor once. The cigars and price were comparitive to Famous but when calling on a concern I had for my order I was treated rudely. I've called Famous a few times and have been treated with the upmost respect and a very good sense of humor. I no longer bother with other online cigar company's.
Thank You,
Alan

I thought the Africa Duma was an excellent smoke. It was surprisingly smooth... I was shocked to read it being referred to as full-bodied. I keep several of these beauties on hand and try to enjoy at least one per week... sometimes two or three.

I ran into these as part of a La Aurora sampler I purchased on the Internet. In order to understand my perspective on cigars, I like to smoke strong cigars, with Fuente Opus X, Anejo and Don Carlos as my favorites. My usual (affordable) cigar is a Fuente Sungrown. Like another reviewer mentioned, the similarities between this cigar and an Opus X will blow your mind. The taste was superb right down to the nub, and the burn time was an hour or more for a five inch cigar. While I did have to relight this twice, but it burned evenly to the end, and the draw was excellent. This is the perfect combination of strength and that Dominican creamy flavor that most Fuente smokers crave. Best of all, this cigar is less than five bucks -- a real bargain. Let's hope Cigar Aficionado does not discover these as they are sure to disappear off the shelf as soon as everyone else tries them.

The moment I lit it, it reminded me of the Opus X. Powerful smoke almost overwheling at first (especially because I wasnt ready for it) but then settled down to nice heck of a cigar. I had to re-light it once. It stopped dead about a quarter way through. but picked up where it left off for the remaining 3 quarters. wow!

I was excited to try this stick it came as part of a 5 cigar sampler Lucky me this was the first one I grabbed, it started ok with nice draw. But as it want along numerous construction flaws became apparent. It has a spicy taste that seems to get more pronounced as it goes along I gave up after about half in the 5 sampler I bought this stick was the mid-stick with 2 being rated higher by famous smokers and 2 rated lower I fear the 2 lower rated sticks
. And I am not that excited about the 2 higher ones any longer.
