Meaty is the best way I can describe them. Very filling. Hints of dark coffee, and molassases. Another one that will go great with a good cup of french roast coffee.

The rothchilde is a whopper of a smoke not overpowering.I burned mine alway to the nub and it never got spongy. Draw was a little tight in the middle but got better as it went on. The aroma is sweet and the flavor is top notch in this price range.

Have been smoking the Punch - Double D - Roth... moreHave been smoking the Punch - Double D - Roth for over five years and in last five months found them to be terrible at best. Inconsistent draw, burn and especially taste. Tried the St. Luis Rey Roth and have fallen in love. Nice full bodied smoke, burn and draw have been great and consistent and best of all it not only looks great, it is, this one's now "A Keeper".

I wasn't expecting this cigar to be as enjoya... moreI wasn't expecting this cigar to be as enjoyable as it was by the price I paid. It was a beautifully made cigar, and the pre-light smell was nice. From start to finish this was a fantastic full bodied smoke. It really got my mouth watering too, which is a good sign. Based on this experience, I would invest in a box.
