CAO Pilon Anejo

Good things take time. Great things take even more. With two years of additional aging for added flavor, Pilon Anjeo is the sequel to 2015's popular CAO Pilon blend we've all been waiting for. The cigar is named after the stacks of tobacco leaves assembled for the fermentation process. These pilones generate heat and remove impurities, making the tobacco darker, stronger, and much more flavorful. For the tobacco recipe, CAO master blender, Rick Rodriguez, selected an Ecuador Sumatra wrapper, a Honduras Habano binder, and long filler leaves from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. We uncovered flavors of cedar, nuts, coffee, and spicy red peppers throughout every puff. While It's more than good enough to smoke every day, quantities are limited. Only 5000 boxes were made.
