Kristoff Nicaragua cigars are Nicaraguan puros that also mark the first release in what the company calls the Kristoff Heritage Series – a series of puros from various countries.
Like the Kristoff Tres Compadres line, Kristoff Nicaragua is blended with tobaccos from Condega, Estelí, and Jalapa and rolled to the same three sizes, Robusto, Toro, and 6x60. The main difference is the cigar’s strength which is more medium-plus. Additionally, Kristoff owner Glen Case used a Corojo leaf for the binder to give the blend more spice for a smoke that Glen says is, “very decadent, rich, and complex.”
The cigars are given an elegant presentation including the bands and the boxes which have moved away from Kristoff’s rough-cut cedar boxes with loose tobacco inside. Reasonably priced, whether you’re already a Kristoff disciple or just can’t resist a top-drawer Nicaragaun puro, add a box to your cart today.
