Handcrafted in Honduras just like the original release, these Maduro cigars boast a flavor that far exceeds their remarkably low price range. However, the blend on them is significantly different; the Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) has taken over the production of Payback cigars utilizing their Danlí factory, which has resulted in the introduction of fresh sizes, modified packaging, and an entirely new blend composition. The latest Maduro Payback cigars differ from their predecessors as they now incorporate an assortment of tobaccos from different countries. Specifically, fillers sourced from Nicaragua, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic are used, then a Connecticut Shade leaf binder holds the diverse blend together. To top it off, a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper gives it a tenacious finish.

The present-day version of Room 101 The Big Payback Connecticut was revived in early 2021, featuring a few modifications. This medium-strength cigar is now produced in the renowned Joya de Nicaragua factory in Nicaragua, unlike its previous origin in Honduras. The new release showcases its vitality and adaptability. A signature Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper is combined with a bold all-Nicaraguan tobacco blend. The Big Payback Connecticut still maintains its rock-solid flavor with a delightful combination of cedar, and white pepper, with a touch of vanilla flavors throughout the finish.
