7-20-4 Cigars
R.G. Sullivan founded 7-20-4 in Manchester, New Hampshire in 1874, and at its peak, the brand became the largest manufacturer of 10-cent cigars in the world. The original company shuttered in 1963, but decades later, boutique pioneer Kurt Kendall resurrected the name with a passion for tobacco history and vintage cigar art. Today's 7-20-4 cigars bear no resemblance to their budget ancestors. Hand-rolled at elite factories in Honduras and Nicaragua, these sophisticated, multi-country blends honor the heritage while delivering modern complexity.
A dark Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper tops the core 7-20-4 line, covering a complex filler blend from four different countries. Medium to full body brings espresso, earth, and a distinct brown sugar finish. The Dog Walker, a 4.25x40 petit corona, became the brand's most famous creation. High-intensity and short-duration, it fits perfectly into a busy lifestyle without sacrificing flavor.
The Hustler series turns heads immediately with its striking Barber Pole design, intertwining Ecuadorian Connecticut and Brazilian Mata Fina wrappers. The dual-wrapper construction creates a shifting flavor profile, moving between cream, spice, and cocoa as the session progresses. Kurt Kendall created the WK Series to honor his son, offering a smoother, medium-bodied alternative that highlights the floral and nutty nuances of Honduran tobacco. For the smoker who values a cigar with a historical soul and a masterfully aged Nicaraguan and Honduran backbone, 7-20-4 remains a mandatory resident of the modern humidor.
