Erik Espinosa and Guy Fieri cooked up the brawnier side of Knuckle Sandwich here, with AJ Fernandez’s San Lotano factory in Nicaragua rolling this 6 x 60 Gordo under an Ecuadorian Sumatra maduro wrapper. Full in strength and broad on the palate, it piles up dark chocolate, black pepper, and earthy sweetness in thick, slow-moving clouds.
