We were taken aback by the rich waves of espresso, charred oak, earth, black pepper; very My Father-ish, but it’s powerful without overpowering. There are hints of baking spices and natural sweetness that complete the whole picture.
Named for the “loyalty” that defines generations of cigar makers, the La Lealtad Toro Gordo is also a great experience for those who are loyal to larger ring gauges. A longer smoke, but this is one worth making extra time for.
