Abe Flores has a treat for Maduro fans - the PDR Abe Flores 1975 Gran Reserva Maduro Double Magnum, a big-boned, rich-smoking San Andres 6x60 to round out this high-end line of PDR cigars. The Gran Reserva blend takes Nicaraguan Habano long fillers and mates them with Dominican Corojo, before binding them in Dominican Olor; but this Maduro version is finished with a dark and oily San Andres Maduro wrapper. These are select, well-aged tobaccos - so expect more of a medium bodied smoke that displays rich and full notes of baking spices, dark chocolate, coffee, cream, and earth. Maduro fans will likely pick up on some of the fermented fruit sweetness in the background. A must try for maduro fans - pick yours up before they're gone!
