Xikar EX Windproof Black

This lighter has a nice natural flame, is very windproof, substantial and sturdy design, great flame adjustability & butane capacity. The only let-down for me is the flip-top hinge gets sticky and difficult to operate. I have cleaned with alcohol several times, and the action improves with cleaning... but after the first cigar is lit, the hinge is again sticky.

Another great product from Xikar. The quality, feel, and ease of operation are excellent. Would recommend.

Have this lighter only with fancier case, but the same lighter. Xikar attracts people wanting to spend lots of money on over-priced and overhyped junk. Sending mine back for the second time. Cannot adjust the flame. Only works when adjustment is set to the max and then it goes out if I tilt the lighter one way or the other. And yes, I use Xikar fuel. Xikar has made a fortune charging ridiculous prices leading the buyer to belive he/she is buying the best. Not worth the money...

I got tired of cheap lighters giving out, so I bought this lighter. Yes, it is windproof - amazing. I accidently ran it over with my car and it still works great!
